We Believe: 

Ø    GOD is the creator of the universe. He is the one, true and living GOD. (Genesis 1:1)  He is perfect in every way.  He is all-powerful, and has the ability to be in all places at the same time. He sustains this physical world by His great power. 

Ø    Jesus is the only begotten of GOD who is equal with GOD, yet He surrendered His status and power in heaven in order to come o earth as a man and pay the penalty for the sins of every human being.  He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on a cross, was buried and rose from the dead three days later.  He now sits at the right hand of GOD and serves a Advocate and High Priest for all believers.  When He returns to earth, the world, as we know it, will end and He will judge all mankind. (I Corthinians 15 and I Thessalonians 4:13-18) 

Ø    The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and Son.  He has a unique function and role in the world.  He convinces the world of sin, the availability of Gods goodness, and  the reality of the judgement that is to come. (John 16:8) He lives within every believer to teach and equip him or her for personal growth and service. (Acts 2:38; I Corinthians 12; and II Corinthians 3) 

Ø    The Bible is the inspired Word of GOD, without error, and Gods unique revelation to mankind.  It is filled with truths, insights and principles on all matters of faith which, when put into practice, will lead to fulfillment, wholeness and maturity. (II Timothy 3:15-17) 

Ø    The Church is the body of Christ on the earth and exists for the purpose of teaching people how they can find salvation in Jesus and build up and encourage those who become disciples of Christ.  The church is to come together for public worship, Bible study, prayer, fellowship and the observance of the Lord’s Supper.  The church operates locally under the supervision of Holy Spirit appointed pastors/elders and works together in unity and love.         

Ø     Mankind was created in the image of GOD.  Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward GOD call “sin.”  This attitude separates us from GOD and causes many problems in life, not to mention spiritual death for all eternity. 

Ø     Salvation is available only through the blood of Jesus Christ. That he completed this work on the cross. That GOD so loved the world that He put this plan into place to eliminate our separation and bring mankind back into relationship with Him.  It is received by grace (gods part), through faith (man’s part) by those who hear and respond to the Gospel of their own accord. 

Ø    Eternity exists outside of time and that people were created to exist forever.  We will either exist eternally separated from GOD in Hell, or eternally in union with GOD in Heaven. Heaven and Hell are real places and the final destination of all people determined by their reception or rejection of Jesus as Lord.
